well i have several ideas for several things, but considering i have no talent with actual animating, it is very unlikely that i will ever see these ideas on paper....er i mean the interwebnetz.

but i digress. if anyone out there sees this hear my plea

my idea is this: basically it has heavy anime plot influences and the potential for some humor. basically it involves some kid who gains super human abilities through SOME sort of means( i havent decided yet exactly how) and some other background information. antagonists include the government and the "creator" of said deus ex machina that gives the powers. at some point in the story i want the main protagonist to join forces with the "creator" on a quest to "purify" the world of the evils of government and civilization. however, mr good guy turned bad will eventually turn once again against "creator" and ultimately defeat him. i do have some more details concerning the plot, but none that are necesary for this exposition here.
